Dear Reader, I am grateful for your presence here.

I am sharing my journey through Grief and personal feelings during my healing journey.

 

At the time when Grief threatened to overpower me, expressing my feelings in words using art and breathing techniques helped me to move forward. 

 

This is not a guide to surviving Grief, nor a path to follow, as there is no single way to grieve. This blog does not aim to prevent sadness but rather to assist you in understanding and connecting with your emotions. I am sharing my words to let you know that you are not alone and to help you find peace and comfort during your journey.

 

As you go through each page and absorb every word, please remember that I understand your feelings. I have been through this process and am still going through it.

 

Remember that Grief is the price we pay for loving someone deeply, and I hope that my words will assist you in navigating through it.
